Pupil Voice
At Beck Primary school, we respect and value the fundamental British values of democracy and encourage all members of our community to ‘Have their Say’. At the beginning of September, the children elect Pupil Voice Representatives from each Keystage 2 year group. All pupils are invited to stand as representatives and are voted for fairly and democratically by their peers. The Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary are then voted for by the elected members of Pupil Voice.
Pupil Voice meets every week to discuss issues raised by the children and ideas to help improve our school even further. Pupil Voice has three committees which focus on particular improvement priorities. Children from each yeargroup attend these committee meetings and gain feedback from their class on how to make improvements.
If you have any ideas or suggestions to help improve our school, please see your class reps, who will bring your suggestions to the Pupil Voice meeting. Alternatively you can email pupilvoice@beckprimary.co.uk
