BEHAVIOUR AT BECK
Here at Beck our aim is to ensure we have a school where everyone feels happy, safe and secure. We pride ourselves in promoting good relationships so that we can all get along and be the best that we can be. To achieve our aims we have the highest expectations of children’s behaviour.
Beck School ethos supports everyone in working together in an effective and considerate way.
Our Core Values reflect this mindset and are acknowledged in many ways throughout school life including our assemblies, our Learning Champions Assembly and our Pupil Council and Social Action Squad
Our Core Values support us to:
#Be Ambitious and Aim High | #Be Respectful |
#Be Safe | #Be Enthusiastic |
#Be Honest | #Be Team Players |
#Have your Safe |

Pupils respond well to the high expectations that staff have of them. They behave
well in classrooms and around the school. This includes children in the early years.
The routines and expectations that children first experience in the early years are
applied consistently across the school. Pupils flourish in a calm and trusting
environment.
Pupils are tolerant and accepting of each other. They play well together at playtime
and lunchtimes, making effective use of the wide range of equipment and activities
outside.
